Your order will be processed within 24-48 hrs from the time it is received.

To ensure your order is delivered correctly and in a timely manner, please make sure the address we receive is accurate and correct.

If there is issues with verifying your address, we will be reaching out to you to try and resolve the issue. If you realize you entered your address incorrectly please reach out to us as soon as possible to info@pueblocountrywear.com. Include your order number on the subject line. If your order has already been shipped out we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

Once your order has been processed and shipped out, you will receive an email with your tracking information. If your package shows it has been delivered and you did not receive it you must contact USPS (United States Postal Service). Pueblo Country Wear does not take any responsibility for packages that state delivered. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
